Recommended Recipe

The Signature Blend brings sweet nuttiness and mellow richness, with a medium body and a velvety, creamy mouthfeel. It cuts beautifully through milk, yet remains elegant and balanced on its own.

We recommend a 1:2 brew ratio, with a total extraction time of 20 to 25 seconds. If your coffee is tasting sour and dry, use a finer grind setting to increase your shot time by a couple of seconds. If it's overly bitter and lacking sweetness, then coarsen your grind to decrease your shot time by a couple of seconds.
