The Heritage Blend is designed to produce a rich, golden crema. With a medium-full-bodied palate, notes of cacao and caramelised sugar are present throughout this exceptional blend.

We recommend a 1:2 brew ratio, with a total extraction time of 20 to 25 seconds. If your coffee is tasting sour and dry, use a finer grind setting to increase your shot time by a couple of seconds. If it’s overly bitter and lacking sweetness, coarsen your grind to decrease your shot time by a couple of seconds.
