We weigh, hand-pack and hand-label it for you on the spot – whether it's a full bag for the week ahead or just enough to try something new, you're in control.

Buying by weight is rooted in the old-world Italian shopping experience, where food was sold by need, not packaging – whether it was a handful of olives or a wedge of cheese. 

We've brought this spirit into our modern coffee experience. Just the amount of coffee you want, as fresh as possible.

Why buying by weight is a great option (for you and the coffee)

It stays fresher: buying what you need means you're turning over your coffee beans in a timely fashion, meaning less time sitting in your pantry, and more time brewing.

It's more flexible: You can buy based on how much you actually drink and adjust if you're heading away for the weekend or have had a few more takeaway coffees than usual. Keen to try something new? It's easy when you can control the amount you buy.

It's approachable: There's no pressure to commit to a whole bag before you decide if it's the right blend for you – start small and find your favourite.

You can experience buy-by-weight coffee in person at Caffè Ducale, inside Chadstone's Market Pavilion.
